Pre-Employment evaluations are typically conducted to reduce a potential employer’s liability, and to ensure prospective candidates are psychologically suited for the job. Pre-employment evaluations are designed to ensure candidates are free from any emotional or mental conditions that may adversely impact performance. Evaluations include psychological testing, an in-depth evaluation, a background investigation, records review and communication with collateral contacts.
