Is video therapy for you?

    Our front office checks your insurance and matches you with a therapist.

    At your appointment time you click a secure link and meet your therapist face to face on screen.

What you need

  • A quiet, private place where you can speak freely.
  • A stable internet connection.
  • A phone, tablet or computer with a camera.

Testing is different. Neuropsychological, ADHD, autism and learning testing is done in person at one of our six offices.

Our therapy groups also meet online.

Cost and insurance

Coverage for video visits depends on your plan. We are in network with over 25 commercial insurance plans, and with Medi-Cal and Medicare. Call us with your insurance card handy and our team will check your coverage.

Questions

Is online therapy as effective as in person therapy?
For many common concerns, research and clinical experience show that video therapy can help as much as meeting in person. What matters most is the relationship with your therapist and the work you do together.
What is online therapy a good fit for?
Anxiety and stress, depression and low mood, life transitions, relationships, and ongoing support when getting to an office is hard. Your therapist can help you decide whether video is right for you.
Do I have to live near one of your offices?
No. Telehealth is open to people anywhere in California.
Can I do testing by video?
No. Testing is in person at one of our six offices.
